Task health stats and urgency escalation

The Tasks module tracks urgency automatically so you don't have to.

Task Health Stats bar

At the top of the task list, four animated counters give you the state of your campaign at a glance:

  • **Active** — tasks currently open
  • **Overdue** — past their due date with no resolution
  • **Urgent** — due within 24 hours
  • **In Progress** — actively being worked on

    • The stats bar hides automatically when you have no tasks.

    Urgency badges

    Every task row shows its urgency inline:

  • A pulsing flame and "Overdue" in red if the task is past due
  • A pulsing clock and "Due in Xh" if the deadline is within 24 hours

    • These are visible on every view — list, board, and My Tasks.

    Sidebar badge

    The Tasks entry in the sidebar shows a count of your open tasks. It pulses when any task is overdue. This is always visible no matter which page you are on.

    Bulk actions

    Hover any task row to reveal a checkbox. Select multiple tasks to get the floating action bar: Complete, Delete, or Reassign. Use bulk complete at the end of a canvass shift to close out field tasks fast.
