Reading your form results and analytics

Every form you publish has a results dashboard at /forms/[id]/results. Go there any time to see how your form is performing.

Summary cards

At the top you see four numbers at a glance:

  • **Submissions** — total responses received
  • **Views** — how many times the form page was opened
  • **Conversion** — what percentage of viewers actually submitted
  • **Fields answered** — average completion rate across all questions
  • A low conversion rate (views high, submissions low) usually means the form is too long or the first question is off-putting.

    Submission trend chart

A line chart shows submissions by day. Look for spikes — they often correspond to emails you sent, posts you made, or canvassing days when you handed out QR codes. Use this to know which outreach tactics are driving the most engagement.

    Per-field charts

Every question in your form gets its own chart:

  • **Multiple choice / checkboxes** — horizontal bar chart showing how many people picked each option
  • **Rating / scale / number** — shows average, minimum, and maximum
  • **Open text** — shows the most common responses ranked by frequency
  • **Yes/No fields** — bar showing the split
  • The answer rate bar under each field name shows what percentage of respondents filled in that question. A field with 40% answer rate may need a clearer label or be optional when it shouldn't be.

    Response table

Switch to the Responses tab to see every individual submission in a table. The first six fields appear as columns. Export the full dataset to CSV using the Export button in the top right.

    Using the data

Your form analytics answer the questions campaigns need answered:

  • "What issues do our supporters care most about?" (issue survey results)
  • "How many volunteers can we deploy this weekend?" (signup form count)
  • "Are our door hangers generating callbacks?" (reply card conversion rate)
  • Was this helpful?
