**Import your authorized contacts or voters list** (Import / Export) — map columns, review duplicates and ambiguous matches, then confirm the import

**Create tags** for key issues (Transit, Housing, Environment)

**Invite your campaign manager** (Settings → Team)

**Define your turfs** (Canvassing → Turf Builder)

**Record your first canvassing scripts** (Canvassing → Scripts)

**Set up donations** (Donations page)

**Configure sign inventory** (Signs)

**Create your candidate page** (Settings → Page Builder)

**Share your QR code** on flyers and yard signs

**Announce on Poll City Social** once your page is live
